		<description>I have a batch of pictures which are all different sizes and now I want them all to fit for my website at 500X500 with maintaining the aspect ratio. I followed your insctructions  but the pictures are now all resized  with only the height 500

		<description>I don&#039;t think I can diagnose what that problem would be. I would start by selecting your &quot;desktop&quot; as the location it saves the photos to, and start out with just one photo first. Make one modification at a time and see if it copies them to the desktop...</description>

Thanks for this info about batch resizing photos - although I don&#039;t seem to be doing it correctly as it hasn&#039;t worked for me.

I was hoping you could help?

I&#039;ve followed all the instructions prefectly and then clicked on &#039;run&#039; but nothing seems to be happening and the folder I&#039;ve created to send the smaller files to is empty.
